Hybrid Kickboxing

MUAY THAI

 
 

We use a hybrid striking system consisting of Muay Thai (traditional and dutch) and western boxing. Students will practice foot work drills, punching drills, and kicking drills on pads and heavy bags, as well as sparring drills to prefect timing, distance and reaction. Not only will you learn fighting skills to complement your HaganaH training, you will burn fat and get stronger.

 

MORNING CLASSES- SIGN UP CLOSES AT 11PM THE EVENING BEFORE.

EVENING CLASSES- SIGN UP CLOSES 3 HOURS BEFORE CLASS.
