Our Hit-Fit™ class is a combination between High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and techniques from our signature Hybrid Kickboxing class. Hit-Fit is great for all fitness levels. Each class will begin with a dynamic warmup and light exercises to get your muscles and joints primed to punch and kick. We will then work striking drills on the heavy bag and pad drills with a partner to relieve stress and have a blast! That brings us to the finisher, a challenging group of exercises designed to test your will to become a better version of yourself. Join us for Hit-Fit every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. Punch, kick, elbow, and knee your way to a healthier body and mind.
